Amid the vibrant hub of the Cox’s Bazar Book Fair 2025 lies a unique beacon of hope and creativity—‘Arunoday.’ This extraordinary stall, brimming with life and colour, showcases the artistic talents of children with special needs, offering a glimpse into their boundless potential.
Arunoday, a specialized institution initiated by the Cox’s Bazar district administration, nurtures the dreams of 250 special children. Their artworks radiate imagination and emotion at the book fair, turning each brushstroke into a vivid narrative of dreams and expression.
Through their art, these children transport us to a world where limitations fade, replaced by the exuberance of creativity. Every drawing speaks of joy, emotion, and the promise of a brighter future, reminding us that art knows no boundaries.
The stall is more than just a display of creativity; it is an edutainment platform where visitors can experience a harmonious blend of learning and entertainment through the lens of these talented children. Beyond art, ‘Arunoday’ quietly challenges societal perceptions of special children, inspiring change with every visitor it touches.
Founded under the vision of former Cox’s Bazar Deputy Commissioner Md. Kamal Hossain, ‘Arunoday’ not only fosters the skills of special children but also emphasizes their rightful place in society. Their artwork reminds us that every child is unique and that every creative endeavour is priceless.
In the radiant glow of the book fair, ‘Arunoday’ emerges as a shining example of inclusivity and advocacy for children’s rights. Through the colourful dreams of these children, we find hope for a brighter, more inclusive tomorrow.
