Cox’s Bazar is home to an extraordinary variety of tourist destinations, attracting visitors with its rich blend of natural beauty, cultural heritage, and coastal charm.

From the breathtaking Marine Drive and serene Himchari to the picturesque Patua’s Point and Inani Beach, the coastline alone features multiple scenic spots.

Beyond the beaches, the region is dotted with landmarks like the 100-foot-long statue of Gautam Buddha—Asia’s largest reclining Buddha—at the historic Buddhist monasteries of Ramu.

Tourists can also explore the lush rubber gardens, the country’s only coral island Saint Martin’s and its offshoot Chera Dwip, the ancient Adinath Temple by the Maheshkhali jetty, and the lighthouse of Kutubdia—the only island upazila in Bangladesh without hills.

Nature lovers are drawn to the secluded beauty of Sonadia Island, the serene mix of hills and lakes in Chakaria, and the wildlife-rich Dulahazara Safari Park.

The recently developed Sabrang Tourism Park adds yet another dimension to the area’s offerings.
