A name steadily gaining recognition in Cox’s Bazar’s entertainment scene is Imtiajul Haque Tusher, widely known as DJ Tusher. What began as small performances at parks and open-air events has now evolved into high-energy sets at beachfront resorts and corporate nights, where his music keeps audiences on their feet.
Sharing his story with Cox’s Bazar Life, DJ Tusher said his journey into music began in 2014. In the early days, opportunities were limited, and performances were confined to small-scale events. However, his passion for music, consistent hard work, and growing experience gradually pushed him forward. By 2016–17, he started performing regularly at corporate events—a significant turning point that gave his career fresh momentum.
Since 2021, DJing has been his full-time profession. His professionalism, dedication, and keen understanding of audience preferences have earned him a distinct place in Cox’s Bazar’s event circuit.
This progress culminated in a significant milestone in 2023, when he performed at premium venues such as Ocean Paradise Hotel & Resort and SeaPal Beach Resort & Spa—a career achievement.
DJ Tusher hails from Baidyaghona in Cox’s Bazar Sadar. He began his education at Cox’s Bazar Baitush Sharaf School. Alongside his studies, his growing interest in music inspired him to pursue DJing. After proving himself at the local level, DJ Tusher’s ambitions have grown far beyond those initial achievements.
Looking ahead, DJ Tusher dreams of performing across different parts of the country and eventually establishing himself on international platforms as a professional Disc Jockey (DJ). He believes that with consistent practice, experience, and self-confidence, representing Bangladesh on the global stage is well within reach.
Today, DJ Tusher is a familiar name in the nightlife of the seaside city of Cox’s Bazar. From modest beginnings to corporate nights by the sea, his musical journey continues—driven by new dreams and ever-expanding possibilities.
