These natural items are becoming increasingly popular. Traditionally, rural artisans made them for their own use.
Grassroots, a craft shop located Laboni Point of Cox’s Bazar, sells and displays these attractive handcrafted goods.
Khurshed, manager of Grassroots, told Cox’s Bazar Life that the company wants to provide tourists with something unique.
He expects that the attraction of these age-old crafts will attract many tourists and support the continued existence of this significant cultural sector.
