Cox’s Bazar – With great enthusiasm and excitement, the Journalist Union, Cox’s Bazar successfully organized its Family Reunion 2025 in a festive atmosphere.

On Saturday, February 1, the event began at Shaheed Minar premises in Cox’s Bazar and continued throughout the day at Nayakshangchari Tourism Lake in Bandarban, featuring a range of activities.

Over 150 members and their families participated in the gathering, which was filled with laughter, lively conversations, and a spirit of togetherness. The event included open-air sightseeing, sports for all ages, cultural performances, and a raffle draw, making the occasion even more exciting.

Later in the afternoon, M.A. Aziz Russell, President of the Journalist Union, Cox’s Bazar, held a prize distribution ceremony, with General Secretary Bolram Das Anupam conducting the session.

Professor Tofayel Ahmad, former Chairman of Nayakshangchari Upazila Parishad, attended as the chief guest, emphasizing the importance of journalism in exposing social injustices and advocating for the oppressed.

President M.A. Aziz Russell expressed gratitude to all members, acknowledging their contributions in making the event successful.
