Exercise is essential for maintaining both physical and mental well-being. The expansive beaches of Cox’s Bazar, the world’s longest sea beach, provide an ideal setting for such activities.
Many individuals take advantage of this natural space for their daily fitness routines. Among them is an organization called Shotayu Parishad Cox’s Bazar.
Every morning, members of Shotayu Parishad gather at the Kabita Chattar point of the beach, bringing together people of all ages—from the elderly to the youth.
The group incorporates unique techniques to promote mental wellness, such as hearty laughter exercises, alongside various physical workouts. Early-morning walkers often join in, enriching their fitness journey with collective enthusiasm and energy.
