Private airline Novoair has made the dream of air travel a reality for 30 underprivileged children. On Wednesday, the airline brought children of various ages from schools operated by the JAAGO Foundation to Cox’s Bazar for a day filled with joy and exploration. Additionally, Novoair organized a beach cleaning program on the same day at Cox’s Bazar Sea Beach.

According to a press release from Novoair, the initiative was part of the airline’s 12th-anniversary celebrations—the “Dream Flight” aimed to inspire the children and give them a unique and memorable experience.

The children boarded a Novoair flight from Dhaka at 10:20 AM and landed in Cox’s Bazar, where they enjoyed visits to the beach, the Bangladesh Air Force base, and Cox’s Bazar Railway Station. The joyous day concluded with their return flight to Dhaka at 6:30 PM.

Mofizur Rahman, Managing Director of Novoair, stated, “Children are the future of our nation. Our initiative aims to fulfill their dreams and inspire them. We believe such efforts are vital as part of our social responsibility. We take immense pride in Cox’s Bazar Sea Beach, and the beach cleaning program was organised to raise awareness about preserving environmental balance.”

Novoair operates daily flights from Dhaka to Cox’s Bazar, Chattogram, Saidpur, Jashore, Sylhet, and Rajshahi. The airline has temporarily suspended its international flights to Kolkata but has announced plans to resume services soon.
