The Cox’s Bazar Tourist Police conducted extensive security measures along the beach, including foot patrolling, beach patrolling, and robust surveillance. The police conducted patrols in key areas such as Shaibal Square to Diabetes Point, Laboni to Sugandha Beach Point, and Kolatoli Beach to Sugandha Beach.
These initiatives aim to ensure enhanced security for New Year’s Eve celebrations, focusing on maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
Senior Assistant Superintendent of Police and spokesperson for Cox’s Bazar Tourist Police, Abul Kalam, stated, “This security initiative will continue as part of our ongoing commitment. We look forward to the collective cooperation of everyone in maintaining a secure and festive atmosphere.”
