On Friday, the weekly holiday, Cox’s Bazar sea beach saw a large influx of tourists. Thousands of visitors from different parts of the country thronged the world’s longest sandy beach, turning the shoreline lively and vibrant. With the winter chill easing and the sky remaining clear, the pleasant weather added to the overall charm and enjoyment of the beach.

From early morning, crowds began gathering at Laboni Point, Kolatoli, Sugandha, and Inani Beach. While some visitors enjoyed sea bathing with their families, others strolled along the shore or took photographs with friends. The clear blue sky and calm sea waves proved especially attractive to tourists.

As the evening approached, the number of visitors increased further to witness the breathtaking sunset. The sky painted in shades of red and orange, combined with the rhythmic sound of the waves, left many mesmerized. Many tourists captured the sunset moments on their mobile phones and cameras.

Arif Hossain, who visited Cox’s Bazar with his family from Dhaka, said that the mild winter weather made the beach experience very enjoyable. “The sky is clear, and the evening atmosphere is truly wonderful. We are spending quality time with our family without any worries,” he said.

Nazmul Islam, a young tourist from Chattogram visiting with friends, noted that, although the beach was more crowded due to the holiday, the beautiful weather made them forget all fatigue. “The sea looks unforgettable during sunset,” he added.

Farzana Akhter, a female tourist from Narayanganj, shared that she had heard staying at the beach could be uncomfortable during peak winter. “But now the weather is quite tolerable. The evening breeze and the sound of the waves have filled my heart with joy,” she said.
