Vast dunes along the sea beach are now emerging as productive farmland for winter vegetables. Local farmers are successfully growing papaya, cabbage, cauliflower, leafy greens, bottle gourd, and other seasonal crops by taking advantage of the sandy terrain. Despite saline soil and harsh conditions, they are adopting modern farming techniques and organic fertilizers to boost yields. This innovative approach ensures better land use while creating new income opportunities for coastal farming communities.
