Alfi Alamgir Aksa, granddaughter of Sirajul Islam Khan from Panbazar Road in Cox’s Bazar Municipality, has been crowned “Miss & Mrs Elegance Bangladesh 2025.”
Aksa won the prestigious title at the Grand Finale, which was recently held at a luxury hotel in Dhaka.
As the champion, she will represent Bangladesh at the “Woman of the World” pageant, which will be held in Manila, Philippines, this November.
The grand gala also honoured the winners and brand ambassadors of the competition. Adrija Afrin Synthia was declared first runner-up, while Tanzina Niloy was the second runner-up. Toma Rashid and Tanisha Akter Shila were named brand ambassadors.
The star-studded event was attended by actress Apu Biswas, Runa Khan, Kusum Shikdar, director Sakib Sonet, Elegance MD Molly Akter, and CEO Iqbal Hossain. The judging panel included Iqbal Hossain, Molly Akter, Abdul Aziz (of Jaaz Multimedia), Apu Biswas, Evan Shahriar Sohag, and Roya Chowdhury.
Aksa is currently pursuing an LLB (Honours) at IUB in Dhaka. A trained dancer from Lalitkala Academy and a commercial model, she has already acted in a TV drama opposite popular actor Arsh Khan, which is set to air soon.
“I aspire to work in acting in the future,” said Aksa. “I also want to contribute to the welfare of widowed women and orphaned children, ensuring they receive their rights. Please keep me in your prayers as I prepare to represent Bangladesh in Manila.”
