Rupchanda, a popular sea fish, are currently abundant at Cox’s Bazar Fish Landing Center, also known as Fishery Ghat.
While visiting there on Tuesday, it was seen that Rupchanda was especially plentiful in addition to the highly-priced hilsa.
Rupchanda is in high demand in the tourist city of Cox’s Bazar. Per kg Rupchanda was being sold at Tk1,000.
Because of its remarkable flavor, Rupchanda is a highly sought-after delicacy among tourists in Cox’s Bazar.
