The sea has started the full tide. Moreover, the beach is unsuitable for swimming because it has holes and canals. Due to unsafe water conditions, red flags have been hoisted at Kolatali, Sugandha, and Laboni points.
Sifat Ullah Sifat, in charge of Sea Safe Lifeguard, said that lifeguards are stationed at three points.
“Bathing in the sea is restricted to below knee-deep. Tourists are allowed to bathe only within the areas marked by the lifeguard flags,” he added.
