A uniquely crafted wooden food cart named ‘Muntaha Ranna Ghor’ is turning heads in various corners of Cox’s Bazar. Serving simple yet hearty meals like plain rice, biryani, and spicy chicken fry, this mobile eatery—affectionately called a “moving kitchen”—has quickly become a favourite among locals and passersby.
The cart, most commonly spotted near Kolatoli Mor, is eye-catching for its attractive wooden design. Built with minimal capital, the owner deliberately chose wood to create a distinct, appealing look that would draw attention in the bustling streetscape.
The food cart, mounted on wheels and featuring an overhead canopy, provides immediate dining and takeaway options. “People can grab a quick bite while standing or take it home — whatever suits them,” said the owner.
Affordability is another big draw. “My food is priced low, which attracts day laborers and pedestrians the most,” he added.
This wooden cart is not just a food stop—it reflects simple entrepreneurship, creative design, and the power of good food served with heart.
