Wicketkeeper-batter Farid Hasan also chipped in with a useful 39.
For India, Yudhajit Guha, Chetan Sharma, and Hardik Raj each took two wickets to restrict the young Tigers.
The youngsters in red and green had begun the tournament with wins over Afghanistan and Nepal before finishing as Group B runners-up after losing to Sri Lanka.
