During the monsoon season, Inani Beach becomes scattered with coral rocks, resembling the landscape of Saint Martin’s Island. Unlike the main Cox’s Bazar beach, Inani does not experience large crashing waves, making it a relatively calm and serene shoreline.
When the tide is high, the coral rocks disappear beneath the water, only to reemerge during low tide, spreading across vast areas of the beach. These coral rocks often have sharp shells and barnacles attached, making it risky for visitors to walk or jump on them excessively.
The coral and rock formations are the primary attractions of Inani Beach, with each rock varying in shape and type, holding within them the history of countless years.
The journey to Inani Beach via the Teknaf Marine Drive offers tourists breathtaking views of towering hills on one side and the rolling waves of the sea on the other. This route delights the eye and provides a thrilling travel experience for visitors throughout their journey.
