Saidul Sakib, a young photographer from the tourist city of Cox’s Bazar, has been working in documentary and lifestyle photography since 2017. Through his lens, he brings to life the stories of various regional individuals and communities.

“My career has allowed me to collaborate with numerous international and local organizations, including UN agencies, international and local NGOs, and government institutions like the Cox’s Bazar Development Authority and the Bangladesh Land Authority,” Sakib shared. 

To date, he has created over 100 documentaries, many focusing on the lives and challenges of the Rohingya community. Documenting their journeys, struggles, and resilience has become a meaningful part of his professional life.

Through these projects, Sakib strives to capture their challenges and the unique spirit and cultural resilience they endure despite adversity. 

“My goal is for the world to see Cox’s Bazar through my camera lens,” he added, noting his commitment to bringing the region’s essence to a global audience.
