The iconic Khuruskhul Bridge has regained its vibrant nocturnal charm, with modern LED lights newly installed after a long spell of darkness. The bridge now glows spectacularly after sunset, casting a mesmerizing illumination across both sides and drawing the attention of locals and visitors alike.
Residents say that for months, the unlit bridge made nighttime movement risky, and the area remained quiet and deserted.
With the restoration of lights, not only has security improved, but the surroundings have also become lively again. Crowds are now gathering at both ends of the bridge in the evenings — families strolling, friends taking photos, and onlookers enjoying the sparkling view.
Visitors expressed relief, saying that the darkness used to cause fear and uncertainty. The bright new lighting has revived the area with a sense of safety and comfort.
The renewed lighting on Khuruskhul Bridge has added a fresh dimension of beauty to Cox’s Bazar’s nightlife, transforming it into a vibrant spot once more.
