



Dry fish production is in full swing at Nazirtek Shuntki Mahal in Cox’s Bazar, the largest dry fish processing hub in the country. Despite two months of the season already passing, both production and exports have doubled compared to previous years. Around five thousand workers are actively involved in meeting the growing demand, both locally and internationally. After fulfilling domestic needs, a significant portion of the dry fish is exported abroad.
