Kutubdia’s own Mohammad Ahnaful Islam Nihal has completed the training course for football referees in Chattogram.
The course, organized by the Chattogram District Football Referees’ Association with the support of the Chattogram District Sports Association and the Chattogram District Football Association, was conducted under the supervision of the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) Referees Committee.
The 2025 session of the KPDDL New Football Referee Training Course concluded last Wednesday at the Chattogram District Stadium with a certificate distribution ceremony for the successful participants.
Among those who passed the course is Md. Ahnaful Islam Nihal from Kutubdia in Cox’s Bazar district. He completed the KPDDL Football Referee Training Course and received his certificate from Dr. Shahadat Hossain, Mayor of Chattogram City Corporation.
Md. Ahnaful Islam Nihal is a student at Cox’s Bazar DC College. He is the son of Ariful Islam, the Kutubdia correspondent for the daily Rupshigram, and Rasheda Begum, a teacher at Al Farooq Dakhil Madrasa.
