Drawn by the golden October sunshine and the shimmering blue sea, tourists from across the country are flocking to Cox’s Bazar Beach. From Thursday morning until noon, the world’s longest sea beach has been teeming with visitors eager to enjoy the pleasant weather.
To ensure safety amid the tourist rush, lifeguard teams are stationed across key beach points, including Laboni, Sugandha, Kolatoli, and Inani. From morning until evening, they are actively guiding tourists on safe swimming practices and responsible behavior in the water.
The favorable weather this month has more than doubled the number of visitors, according to lifeguards in charge.
Surveillance has been intensified to prevent tourists from entering risky zones during high and low tides.
Tourists say the constant presence and guidance of lifeguards make their beach experience safer and more reassuring.
