Pakistan’s Under-19 women’s cricket team sealed a 3–2 series win over Bangladesh in the five-match T20 series held in Cox’s Bazar. They secured the decisive victory in the final match, defeating Bangladesh by 6 wickets.

Before the last game, held on Friday at 1 pm at the Academy Ground of the International Cricket Stadium, the series was evenly poised at 2–2, with matches played on December 3, 5, 7, and 10.

Winning the toss, Pakistan captain Iman Nasser opted to bowl first. Bangladesh, led by Sadia Islam, was bowled out for 84 runs in 19.1 overs. Chasing a target of 85, Pakistan reached the total in 17 overs, losing just four wickets.

Iman Nasser was named Player of the Series, scoring a total of 98 runs across the five matches—the highest in the series. Player of the Match went to Pakistan’s Barirah Saif, who delivered an impressive performance with three wickets for just 16 runs.

Following the match, trophies and prize money were presented to the champions and runners-up by Rubaba Dowla, Chairperson of the BCB Women’s Wing, and Rafia Haider, Chairperson of the PCB Women’s Wing.

On December 13, the Pakistan U-19 Women’s team will wrap up their tour of Bangladesh.
