The weather in Cox’s Bazar is likely to remain partly cloudy to cloudy on March 21, 2026, the day of Eid-ul-Fitr, according to the Meteorological Department.
Assistant meteorologist Mohammad Abdul Hannan of the Cox’s Bazar Meteorological Office said the sky is expected to remain mostly overcast throughout the day, with a chance of light rainfall in some areas.
He added that there is no likelihood of heavy rainfall, meaning there should be no major disruption to Eid prayers and other festive activities.
Meanwhile, both tourists and local residents in Cox’s Bazar are feeling reassured, as the relatively favourable weather is expected to allow visits to the Cox’s Bazar Sea Beach during the holiday.
