As the waters of the Bay of Bengal turn colder, the fish yield from the sea has significantly decreased. In response, local communities have turned to the smaller tidal streams and creeks connected to the sea to meet their daily demand for fish. People cast their nets and traps in these waterways from dawn to dusk, maintaining their tradition and adapting to seasonal changes.
