In the hilly areas of Cox’s Bazar, Cox’x Bazar Life has recently spotted the Teringket Snake, a non-venomous species of rat snake. The snake is quite attractive, with its color gradually changing along its body. Its front half is light brown, while the rear portion takes on shades of yellow or orange. One of the most distinctive features of this snake is the black markings along its sides, which stretch up to the first half of its body. Additionally, it has a unique black “collar”-shaped mark on the back of its head. The photos were captured near the Bangkokian Restaurant on Marine Drive Road in Cox’s Bazar.
