In Cox’s Bazar, Blood Box of Bangladesh has emerged as one of the district’s most prominent social and humanitarian organizations. Founded just a year ago, the platform was born out of a dire need—when hospital patients’ families were desperately searching for blood and homeless individuals lay uncared for on the streets. Witnessing such crises, young people established a platform dedicated to serving humanity.

With a pledge to stand by those in need, the organization started with a small team of committed volunteers. Over time, Blood Box of Bangladesh gained recognition among the youth of Cox’s Bazar, eventually earning the community’s trust. Today, it is a family of over 3,700 members committed to making a difference.

The organization’s wide-ranging initiatives include assisting homeless patients, supporting underprivileged families during crises, providing financial aid for the marriage of girls from impoverished backgrounds, helping talented but economically disadvantaged students, offering assistance and care for orphans, facilitating employment opportunities, and standing by disaster-affected communities.
