Mocha bhaat মোঁচা ভাত
Mocha bhaat is a Cox’s Bazar local delicacy. Traditionally it was a packed meal for long journeys. It consists of shada bhaat, chicken curry, and assorted bhortas wrapped in a banana leaf parcel with coconut twines.
This shows that sustainability has been a practice for years and years in this part of the world.
