During low tide, the sea becomes calmer with smaller waves but stronger currents, creating favourable conditions for fishing at Dariya Nagar Sea Beach. Local fishers say these conditions make it easier to pull in nets and reduce the risk of damage from strong waves. Fisher Kasem Hossain explained that they carefully observe water depth and wave patterns before casting nets. Deeper waters often hold larger fish, while calmer waves help prevent nets from tearing and stop fish from escaping easily.
