Around 135 cadets of the Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC) took part in their annual sea tour this year, with a majority of new students joining the programme and gaining a fresh experience.

Sergeant Mohammad Arifuz Zaman, who led the group, said they organise the trip every year with new cadets to provide both enjoyment and practical exposure to the country’s natural beauty.

He said travelling along the Cox’s Bazar–Teknaf Marine Drive was the highlight of the tour, as the road offers a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of the world’s longest sea beach in one stretch.

Stretching from Cox’s Bazar to Teknaf, the Marine Drive road presents a stunning natural panorama. On one side lies the vast blue sea, while on the other stand rows of green hills—an impressive view that left the cadets fascinated.

Throughout the journey, they enjoyed the sound of ocean waves, a cool breeze and the scenic landscape.

Many cadets said the trip would remain a memorable experience in their lives. Spending time with new friends, maintaining discipline as a team and exploring nature together made it a meaningful educational tour.
